Training Adviser

Following the completion of her level 3 BTEC Health and Social Care course in college, Harley joined Veterans Into Logistics in September 2021 as an office assistant, where she supported and helped other admin staff with their daily tasks; whether this was helping with recruitment, operational matters or maintaining veterans’ data on the charity’s dedicated CRM (customer relationship management) system.

Shortly after joining, Harley was seconded to work for the founder, Darren Wright, managing his diary and acting as his Personal Assistant. At the same time Harley continued to assist colleagues when appropriate.

In mid-2022 Harley was promoted to Training Adviser, ensuring that the veteran learners training is planned and monitored. Whether booking medicals, theory tests, practical lessons, initial and periodic CPC, Harley is the one you will need to speak to if you have any questions!

Given her experience in logistics, transport, customer service, training schedules and operations Harley’s nickname is “the font of all knowledge” with good reason.

Growing up Harley didn’t have the easiest of times, unfortunately experiencing mental health issues. However, working with Veterans into Logistics who help people who have often faced their own struggles, is something Harley really admires, and she feels proud to use her own experiences, to help those who need our support and who have served our country.
