Administration Assistant

Ellen worked in retail for 35 years and following redundancy decided she wanted a role where she could give back and help people in need. 

She spotted an administration job advertised with Veterans into Logistics and thought, having one son in the British Armed Forces and a second son who is a veteran, this role would be perfect for her and she wasn’t wrong. 

She says that working for a small charity that achieves big and amazing results supporting veterans into employment is so rewarding. Seeing the outcomes the team achieve is so heartwarming and the feedback from the people we support makes the job very rewarding. 

Ellen is like a motherly figure with the veterans we support, and the team rely on her skills to maintain operational effectiveness across finance and admin.
